The Kick-off Meeting for the ReWASTE project will take place on Tuesday, December 16th, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m. at Siatista City Hall.
The Lead Beneficiary, Municipality of Voio, will open the meeting. This will be followed by a presentation covering the project’s objectives, budget, partnership structure, and implementation timeline. Partners will then review the Work Packages, including management, communication and dissemination, infrastructure and equipment, and social engagement and citizen capacity-building activities.
The meeting will also address financial and administrative aspects, along with key implementation risks. It will conclude with an agreement on next steps and the allocation of responsibilities.
