DIADYMA, as the project Lead beneficiary, is producing a special podcast series dedicated to recycling and the circular economy.

The first episode featured Periklis Kafasis, Head of the Directorate of Procurement, Services and Programmes at DIADYMA, who presented the project’s main pillars and the innovations it introduces in the management of recyclable materials in Western Macedonia.

The guest of the second episode is Eleftheria Votsari, Communication Officer of the Interreg Greece–North Macedonia Programme. She explains the philosophy and operation of INTERREG programmes, the opportunities they offer to public- and private-sector organisations, and the main challenges beneficiaries face during project implementation.

The third episode features Manolis Grafakos, Secretary General for Waste Management Coordination at the Ministry of Environment and Energy, who presents the national strategy for the circular economy, the progress of infrastructure projects, and the challenges Greece will need to address in the coming years.
