Background information and Lessons learnt
According to the experience of the previous Programming Periods (2000-2006 / 2007-2013 / 2014-2020) The ‘typical’ beneficiary of the CBC Programmes between Greece and North Macedonia is a relatively small organization, stemming from civil society and usually lacking the administrative capacity and experience to reach the funding resources, thus indicating a ‘funding gap’.
